  No geo restrictions. Was able to download, sign in and get the 5gb.

    Me too. Although I do have about 10 different postal addresses (including US) from all over the world registered on my Amazon account from over the years.

  install Google plus and get the same service with probably better speed. Photos automatically upload once you take them (or can be set to do so once in wifi range).

  Dropbox uses Amazon Aws so it's all the same with a different front. (Therefore different features. :P)

  Not sure why some people couldn't signup, worked for me and I only have 1 legit amazon address
