This is the best new tv $1436.40 can buy.

    • I feel for those who pulled the trigger on the JB deal. This always happens during Easter. Just when you think you scored a good price. Nek minnit.

      • will JB hifi refund for change of mind?

        • +1

Absolutely. Buy this and cancel that tomorrow :)

  • +2

    • for new account add WELCOME20 if 2%discount code doesn't work

    • +1

But the code is not listed. 2.5% cashback would be ~$35 > the %2 discount?

  • Damn can’t ship to WA

    • :( JB have some stock in WA I just checked few minutes ago for delivery

      • It says unavailable for me? Was planning to head over there tomorrow to order one but if I can get online would be better.

  • Yikes, just got it from JB

    • +1

      Cancel and reorder? 🤣

    • Buy this now and cancel the JB order tomorrow (assuming your wallet allows).

  • Did anyone else get free drop off delivery or have i done something wrong?

    • +1

Yes, it's free delivery depending on your location.

  • +1

Just posting thanks as got from other thread.

    Such a great deal

  • +1

FFS bought the JB one a couple of weeks ago at $1701 and had to drive 3 hours return to pick it up

Binglee is a 3 min drive argghhh.

    • Maybe ask for price protection if still within the timeframe

    • +1

I bought it for $1823. Had to take half a day off work to pickup 😭😭

      • +2

I asked Binglee to match it at the time and they said they don't match special prices. So I thought I'd rub it in their face and go buy it from JB and now it turns out their rubbing it back in mine lol.

  • Looks like all stores are closed during Easter.

  • Out of stock… was just about to look and pull the trigger :)

  • While we're at it what's a wall mount recommendation?

    • I'm a fan of 'slim' mounts, keeps it looking clean and as long as it fits the VESA specifications and weight restrictions you're set.
Buy from a shop that offers no questions refunds like JB or Bunnings, I've had some experience with shady online listings that put fake weight description and disasters ensure.

    darn

  • Is there any chance they'll be able to restock this?

  • +1

I will pay a whopping $60 to anyone who will forfeit their order to me :’( currently using a kogan polaroid smart tv….it is A nightmare

  • +1

    Back in stock!

    • Out of stock again

      • I can add to cart but when I try and pay I get "An item in your cart is now sold out."

Edit: Showing out of stock again.

  • Managed to snag one on the restock, but now my IP address has been blocked because so many refreshes lmao

  • does anyone know if this is the x1 or x2 variant?

    • what is that?

      • There are two SoC (System-On-Chip) models. The first being the x1 and then the x2. It can compute more effectively than the x1. The way to know is to look at the serial number on the box. There also other factors between the x1 and x2 that I am still researching. One being firmware.

        • how do you know which serial is the x2?

wow can't believe they have two different SOC
          like samsung phones..

          • @pinkybrain: if it starts with 2310 or bigger. I read around sept last year was the last batch of the older SoC. So I'm pretty confident any new bought now would be the upgraded SoC. Unless they had oldd stock they never sold but I doubt so

    • In oz its based on serial number. Thanks to wp and |FeZZa|

      https://whrl.pl/RgHh5V

checking the serial on the box if it starts with 2310 or bigger then it'll be ATV12 with the new pentonic chip

For reference my 85 I recieved last week is 2401 and has atv12 and the new chip

No other indicators on box re x1 or x2.

      • thanks! where did you purchase the one you got last week? would be rare to get an x1 right? I read september last year was the last batch of them

  • Man, I wish Bing Lee would ship to Perth - the 98C745 can be had for just over $3200 delivered (less with Cashrewards)!

    https://www.binglee.com.au/products/c745-series-98-qled-gami…

  • Do you anticipate JB hi-fi, Harvey Norman, the Good Guys, etc will have a similar sales on TV before they pull down 2023 models from the catalogue? Wonder how long the 2023 models will stay around for, won’t get the price much lower than this Bing Lee sale…

    • +1

speaking to the guys at the local jb hifi here in perth, this is their final shipment of the c845s before they get replaced by the new series of TCLs.

it could go lower than this if the stock doesn't run dry but looking at how well they are alr selling before they go on sale, it's unlikely it'll get lower than this.

  • Anyones order changed to order confirmed yet?

    • Not yet for me

    • I received a confirmation email with Invoice.

      • +1

In Melbourne & just received email advising order cancelled. I purchased early in the promo. Advised to call Support to work through any other options. Enquired about the 65" and they offered a whole $40 off the price. Pissed I have now missed on all the other Easter sales since. Never again.

        • Ouch, hope others don't either too.

I reached out to support and they confirmed all is ready for 15th and sent me the invoice straight away.

          Let's see what happens.

          • @2stroksmokr: Same as you, I received confirmation of the order, confirmed delivery date of April 15th & invoice. Then today I received the below email from Bing Lee. Spelling mistakes and all…..

I have since asked Bing Lee to share the communication to which they refer from the manufacturer stating that they are not going to supply. If it is indeed true then no-one will be receiving their order. Something does not smell right here as some retailers are still actively taking orders for stock of the 75" C845 to be delivered.

Given I also received the invoice and order confirmation yesterday, I have my suspicions but will pursue this matter until I get a factual response or escalate until I do.

            Good evening,

This email is in relation to your order of the TCL TV 75C845.

Unfortunately we have recently been notified of a stock issue as the manufacturer has closed all exisiting orders and I'm afraid no new stock will be arriving for this model.

For this reason the delivery cannot go ahead for Monday 15/04.

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If there is another TV model you are interested in please let us know and we can check availability and the best pricing available.

Otherwise you are of course entitled to a full refund at your discretion.

Please reply to this email or contact us via 1300 609 228 or on our live chat service to confirm how you wish to proceed.

            Thank you in advance.

            • @MaMan: Interesting, will let you know if I get it also! In QLD so we'll see.

If I don't get the 75 at this price, then I'll just go the 85 when it comes down again but agreed PITA.

              • @2stroksmokr: Probably wasting my time but I called TCL today. Spoke to a lovely lady who advised that they still have stock sitting in their Melbourne DC. I called and shared this finding with Bing Lee. I also asked if they could share their communication from TCL advising orders were not being fulfilled. The customer service rep was not sure about whether she could provide any further information but informed me someone would call me back…… (I remained calm and polite at all times) but no call back some 4 hours later……..

                • @MaMan: Weird, let us know what they say.

                  Hopefully Qld is different!

                • @MaMan: Just wondering if you can share the contact number for TCL? I can only speak to an offshore call centre.

  • +1

I was probably one of the first one to order and they cancelled mine few minutes ago !! :(

    • +1

Selfishly this makes me feel like I haven't missed out on this bargain which I tried pulling the trigger on a number of times. This feels like a strange rug-pull from Bing Lee…

  • Well, I am certain we will get some clearance deal somewhere for a better TV. on to the next one :)

  • +1

    Just got mine delivered :)

  • Only old floor stock with the old chip for mine. Just cancelled my order.

    • Makes no tangible difference to display quality.

    • +1

Mine is V2 from a QLD delivery.

    • Mine is 2311A which comes with a newer chip from comments above.

Just wonder how you cancel it. Will you take it back yourself?

  • +1

Mine finally got delivered in Melbourne today
