        Bit harsh from someone whos posted 1 deal in 11 years. Quality seemed fine to me for labels but agree about the setup being hard.

  I have this particular model at home which I previously bought it from eBay , which I paid $138.88 for and now I see this price :|

  The print quality is horrible and it doesn’t look like anything near to what other companies are using (eg when I print an AusPost label there are no box lines that are visible on the label, even though it can be seen in the PDF label)

  Print setting has been set to medium density and at 203dpi

    It’s alright for small sellers like me that sells stuff occasionally but every time I print a label, I wish there are box lines that separates each part of the label

    Holy crap I cannot actually believe this. They received the printer and are saying the cover on it is broken when it's in immaculate condition. Is this real life? They are offering only 50% refund
