  and also says FREE email when i add it it adds an extra $20

    You're actually adding an email plan when you click that button in the checkout flow.

    In the checkout flow, it's labelled "Add additional email address for $24.00 / year" and then the plan is added to your cart and gives you options to select how many mailboxes.
