  • How do we know if we have an eligible account for that discount?

  • This or De’Longhi Icona Espresso Machine at Aldi https://www.aldi.com.au/special-buys/special-buys-sat-24-feb…
Both on sale and both the same price.

ALDI has far easier returns FWIW

      • Tend to agree. Also, De'longhi seems to be a more reputable and reliable brand compared to Sunbeam. At first look, this particular machine has pretty much the same functionality as OP's one. May be just more manual, less automated. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Gawd, it just occurred to me that I actually own this machine but in silver. Lol

The milk frother is automatic. The lid is a bit of a pain in the arse to clean.

I've owned it two years and it works OK, EXCEPT - if it's left on and unattended it randomly tries to make lattes ad nauseum. Found this out the hard way when my kitchen table ended up drenched.

        • The milk frother on the EM5000K is quite violent and splatters everywhere. Not much of a loss if you using a steaming wand instead on the De’Longhi.

  • Aaargh not automatic
