Good thing them monitors be on sale often 🤣

Do they have a 1440p version with a stand like this one?
    Thanks

  • I need something like this on the wall but with an os like android so it is effectively a good quality tablet. The os device needs to be really small that sits behind the monitor inside the gyprock. Any suggestions?

    • I assume an Android tablet would be too small. The Android HDMI sticks can have dodgy ROMs, so perhaps the Chromecast with Google TV?

      • Can I just connect an old phone through cable? I might be ok to hide the phone behind the monitor to turn screen on/off I suppose

        • Samsung phones with Dex - yes. My old Huawei P30 Pro could also do that. But older/cheaper phones - I'm not sure.

        • Also, I don't think this one has touch support

        • Your best bet would probably be a second hand Samsung, look up what has Dex support as well as USBC out. You would also need to ensure that it can be charged at the same time as outputting video ie if a splitter/hub would offer enough.
EDIT: Also not touch screen as mentioned, but you would be able to find a touch screen version for $10-20 more

    • Firstly, you'll need one with touch screen.

As for Android devices that can connect to this, you can either use an old phone, or use something like an orange pi with Android loaded onto it. The issue is that by that point, it's easier to just buy a chrome book with the detachable keyboard, and cost about the same.

    • Just buy a cheap Chinese tablet, pretty sure the touch only works for pc on these monitors

  • 24AN05 seems to be exhausted but AE5ZNAF worked. Didn't check out yet as didn't change to USD.

ADDIT: also says I have the last one in my cart …

It's one per customer that's why

  • Is this 14T (touch version)?
Tried searching for that but search isn't the best - of this isn't, could someone share the link?

    • Not the touchscreen version.

  • I kind of feel like the usb 14-16 inch monitors on sale are close to becoming the next eneloop. For the price this is pretty good, just consider if you are not going to use the portable part of it an second hand hdmi monitor will probably be better value if you can deal with the larger screen.

Nah, cheap Amazon powerbanks are the next eneloop. These portable monitors are close to becoming the next powerbank.

  • I purchased this and quality was nice! Bit heavier than I thought it would be but perfect for my rog ally. Only issue is the PD passthrough didn't work :( have had to return it.
