Seems like the pricing has been updated since November, and it is now definitely better compared to the last post.

I only have access to the offer for Commbank Everyday Plus for 35% off the nbn plan. I contacted customer service and had the unique code applied to my account manually.

See table below for the definitions of Commbank Yello Everyday, Everyday Plus and Homeowner as well as the pricing with 35% off. Offer runs until 30th June 2024.

      It shouldn't be.

      I moved from everyday to everyday+ (with qualifying transactions made 20 days ago). My 30% off code disappeared but the 35% still hasn't come.

    It seems this deal is now easier to apply for existing More costumers, without having to cancel and reconnect. I just went on to live chat to do this, and there were automated choices to select "CommBank Yello" and then "How do apply my code to my existing account?". Customer service then confirmed my identity and applied to code to my existing service.

      It's not pro rata refund, so I think it's a couple of days before the billing cycle. Best bet is to confirm with support.

        They were a bit ambiguous. I kept the chat because they said to cancel before next billing cycle to avoid a further fee but were unsure if there was 30 days. I had a feeling there was but haven’t seen it mentioned online so I think I’m confused with my old isp Exetel which did.

    Have just signed up to More NBN less than an hour ago and have now receive an email from More Telecom:

    Commencing from 1 August 2024, we are updating the prices of some of our nbn® plans for our existing customers, including (sorry to say) your plan. Price changes for new nbn® services will also take effect on 1 August 2024.

    Just tried to do this, and my code has been marked as Expired. I called them, and support said they just got off the phone with someone else with the same issue. All they could advise was to contact Comm Bank to get a new longer lasting code.
    I am not bothering with that, I will just churn to Optus with their current deal that works out better, and churn again in 4-6 months.
