The order was eventually delivered 1hr 15min after the requested time. Not my first rodeo so I wasn't expecting punctuality in the slightest, but still it's always disappointing and frustrating every time.

Likewise but in this case it was a delivery for someone else (who knew not to expect it on time) a long distance away from me. The restaurant had well over an hour of advance notice, so no excuse on their part. I don't believe the delivery driver was at fault.
I was dissatisfied so looked at what I could do through the app. You can make a complaint but the reasons are limited to preset options, with no option for late delivery and no 'Other' to write something in.
I had to resort to 'Wrong Temperature' and the app automatically offered credit that was roughly two thirds the cost (only one item). I don't know how that was calculated, or whether Menulog bears the cost or the restaurant does (or split).
