Shut up and keep my money

you: Shut up and keep my money
Colonel: Shut up and keep my chickens

Hundreds of millions of dollars bank profit, KFC deliveries too expensive.

    • +4

I am guessing Menulog makes no money on the KFC deliveries, probably a loss-leader to get people on the Menulog platform.

  • +4

That is racism against KFC :)

  • +2

    What's KFCist!

  • +3

    Justice for KFC

I have 3 accounts including a mortgage and an Orange everyday with ING and they still haven't sent me this, lame lol

    • +2

they see you as loaded why need freebies ?

      • +1

        Hmm that's a fair assumption
I would argue me paying my soul to them for mortgage I could do with few freebies

        • +2

They already have you hook, line and sinker, so unlikely that you'll be someone they'll hand out freebies too.

        • You need to give your next newborn to them and maybe they’ll consider.

    • +1

Nothing here either. Im wondering if you needed to use Menulog regularly to be considered, im not a massive takeaway man (mainly due to exorbitant delivery and service fees) so im guessing that played a part.

  • a lot of buttons are going to poppING off in the next 6 months

  • Skrrt!

  • +1

I got this deal, but have not used Menulog for about 2 years, and they were crap then. Are they still crap now?

    • pretty much yep…
Restaurants I use on doordash don't have full menu options in Menulog. I see slightly higher pricing + qualities seem to be less when purchased through either Menulog or Doordash.

    • +1

KFC and mega chains excluded, where possible cut out the "middle man" and order and pick up direct from the business. Not only will you be helping to keep them afloat but you may find your pocket thanks you in the long run (obviously depends on deals, distance, travel times etc). Check the pickup price against the deliverer menu price, you might be surprised.

  • Same ingredients and same flavour.

  • Hopefully times well with the prior 100 days deal…

  • +1

i got the offer for 12 months

    • I got the 12 month offer too

    • Via email?

    • Bold of you to assume they will still be in business then.

  • No KFC for ING

  • Nothing here in my inbox…

  • Nothing for me.

  • +3

i didnt get the email and im with ING. is there a link maybe I can sign in with ING or something :(

  • +1

I was offered 12 months, not 6 months.

  • +3

This is the only crap I get from ING….Remember: Refer your friends to ING 🦁, you could earn $125 each!

    Every 2nd day.

    • They've been going hard on it lately. I just unsubbed from marketing emails recently, so hopefully I didn't miss this

    • +1

If they didn't cancel the overseas ATM rebates, they'd be on a winner. There is no compelling reason to join ING over its competitors.

      • I was in Bali last week. Used my card 5 times for the free withdrawals. Fees were refunded straight away.

        • +1

The overseas ATM withdrawal fees charged by ING were rebated by ING. But if the overseas ATM were to charge you its own fee that would not be rebated by ING.

They used to in the past, which was an amazing benefit for some countries.

    Bugger, i didn't get this…

  • +3

Hmmm, KFC and ING…just missing U

  • +1

The KFC purchase experience is better had first hand than having it done via a delivery partner anyway.

Nothing like coming up to the KFC drive thru guided by merely the KFC scented aroma it self, yum

I have a home loan, contents insurance and about 8 accounts with ING. I guess I'm no chance of getting this offer.

  • Anyone know how to change your marketing preferences with ING? I'm pretty sure I opted-out of marketing a few months ago.

  • I got a SMS about it but not email… Spam box is empty….

  • +1

I've got the SMS and email, made a qualified purchase using the code from the email (which removed the $5 delivery fee for the order).

The order was a few days ago and I still don't have anything in the rewards section of the app nor have free delivery if I start a new order.

Anyone else having this issue? I've tried to find a phone number in the Menulog app, but there's basically just a bunch of FAQs and no way to contact them

    • Same issue! Did you manage to find a contact number?

      • No, couldn't find a way to contact Menulog at all.

And my "6 months free delivery" was never materialised, even though I did all that was required.

Utterly disappointed with both ING and Menulog

        • @Bredo, @ninijpg, have you managed to got these working? and how?

          • @s0805: Nope, I've got super screwed on this one. Very disappointing

            • @Bredo: That's bad. Sorry to hear that.

        • Did you try contact ing??

  • wow just received today. 12m
but but minimum spend $20 well nothing less than 20 anyway

  • I received the 6mo offer in my email today.

  • Do you have to pay with ING or just enter code.

  • Entered voucher but got “Voucher invalid for this service type” ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  • Got the email yesterday, I don’t use menulog.
If u keen DM me i’ll pass u mine

  • Just received this email offer.
First offer after years with ING!

  • When this first started it was minimum order of $15 & that was so much better, so many things end up like $17-$19

  • Doing this today. Hopefully i got the reward.

    • @CyberMurning, let us if it works for you.

      • @CyberMurning, has this worked for you. Keen to know if its works, how does the free delivery apply. Is free delivery applied at account level for 6/12 months or one has to enter the voucher code every order?

        • nope i cancelled my menulog order last time (had other dinner plan) so have not used the code, but i have until 24 nov to use the code. and i have confirmed with ing staff they i am eligible for this code. it is targetted promo as we all aware already

  • i got the 6m email code

  • Anyone who has successfully claimed this promo and have it activated for 6/12 months, can u pls confirm how does the free delivery apply. Is free delivery applied at account level OR one has to enter the voucher code every order?

    • +1

It appears automatically in basket without having to enter any code.

      • Thanks
