Google Pixel 6a 128GB 5G $399 + Delivery ($379 with Kogan First + $0 delivery) @ Electronics Superstore via Kogan

200

This Google Pixel 6a is still selling at $599 on Google's website or $548 on Amazon.

Google Pixel 6a has a flagship grade premium processor, Google Tensor and Titan M2TM security coprocessor. It also has an OLED screen.

It's probably the best deal for a 5G smartphone under $400 which comes with a flagship grade processor and flagship grade cameras (Dxomark 122), no other phone under $400 scores such a high score for cameras.

"This product is an international model"

    • Agree. Better off with that sweet $499 7a jbhifi commercial price.

      • Is JB Commercial & JB Business one and the same? I have access to the latter via Westpac rewards, but there are no android phones listed. I seriously want to jump on the 7a deal asap.

        • Not sure if it still going but just click through the portal from app, then it logged me in and I was able to search for "pixel" and there it was. Could ended by now.

Also amaysim have jumped on board if you're a customer and only want the charcoal.

          • @Perrino: Is this via Westpac? I and others had the same issues a couple of weeks ago in this deal

    • What's the difference?

Dxomark for 7a is 133 so 7a will have slightly better cameras.

      • Not sure if there's any difference feature wise, but warranty claims may be tricky.

        • Kogan is usually pretty good with warranty if the third party seller didn't want to help you (Normally the seller would help you).

Got my pixel 7 (not 7a) from JB hifi for $445 after discounts about a month or so ago…. I'd wait for a deal like that or spend a little bit more to get the pixel 8.

Might be able to get the pixel 8 for really cheap with an amaysim bundle or something in the coming months. The prices are falling fast.

  • Amaysim may come back with tthis deal again https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/827624

    • They run out of 6a tho, maybe that's why they put 7a on special.

    Received. Model number: GB62Z

    • That's the Verizon version, which has mmWave support, other than that it seems identical.

Android updates will therefore need to be done manually?
