    Wife tried to buy Amex failed, then tried a Macquarie Visa, that worked.

    Does anyone know how to use up the remaining balance of thses cards when they contain small amounts?

    Here's the current balances of some cards I have from previous deal:

    $4.55
    $9.06
    $4.77
    $5.19
    $4.45
    $50.0
    $0.08

    If this was a physical card I could do a split payment at the checkout but not possible with these digital cards.
