Yeah, true. I had my washing machine order cancelled. Their customer service it's just horrible. I had to do a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Otherwise they would take ages.
I ordered a Galaxy S23+ through them and 4hrs later requested to cancel the order but their online support said it's impossible as it's an online exclusive color it's made to order and "since the order has been sent to the factory it's too late to cancel".
Such BS, I need to get that listed on eBay/FB market as it's still sitting in the box bleh. Hopefully can get my money back on it.

I went to uni but if I had to do it over again … I'm not sure I'd go that route again (especially considering the huge debt you acumulate while at uni).

@ritzaus: Weird I was able to get 2x vouchers. 1 to Edu email and second to my Samsung account which is verified using the same edu.

i started using samsung edu when my kids went to primary school and received their own edu emails :D
