I ordered on 8/2 and delivery is due 28/2. Status says "Shipped" and "On the way".
Hopefully get it next few days.
I emailed VOC Samsung yesterday and was able to change my order status to "Shipped" and delivery will be on the 4th of March. Haven't received anything about the tracking number though. Hopefully will get it by then.
I foolishly tried to purchase this deal. I still have not received the Tv. They are telling me I might get it on the 5th of march after originally telling me by the 27th of February.
Interacting with there customer service team has been a horrible experience.
Be aware that it may take up to 21 day to receive your money back if you decide to cancel.

I purchased the tv to replace my current Samsung tv which is 14 years old, and still going.
I have no complaints concerning the product, just the people providing the customer service.
I was able to order one before it went out of stock the first time. I chose for it to be delivered on the 16th of Feb. Samsung still hasn't deliver the TV yet and the order's status is still "Order Accepted". Contacted Samsung CS about the delayed delivery and they say that they don't have available stock atm and is still reviewing my order and they are waiting on the back office update about my order. Anyone else going through the same thing?
