Eufy Security Wi-Fi Smart Lock Deadbolt E110 $198 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Harvey Norman

100

I was on the look out for a electronic touch pad dead bolt to use for the garage door. Came across the Eufy Smart Lock E110. This unit is pretty basic using a numbered passcode on the touch number pad. its a straight replacement for the conventional dead bolt lock.

Sets up with the Eufy App.

Eufy, The Good Guys and JB HiFi sell the E110 for $249 but Hardly Normal have it for $198. I got onto jbhifi chat and asked if they could better it and got it for $190.

Thanks

It's $190.60 at Amazon US via Au

Obviously better if you succeed with your JB pricematch and local warranty

LOCKLY locks all the way especially for pin genie. With this deal the lock keypad people can see you enter the pin.

Lockly locks are almost double the price. If in busy traffic area you could just apply situational awareness and commonsense when unlocking

Just had a look at the Eufy

          It supports Finger print
          Wrong model.

          Still it supports BT.

          Went down a rabbit hole.
Seems like the bigger issue is battery life

          • @StevieRay: Seems ok still. But finger print would be good with keypad combo. I wonder if it’s fire rated for appartments strata?

@Mnke stated below the key backup is dodgy which is a big worry like the battery life you mentioned. The LOCKLY allows a 9v to be plugged into the front of the lock to allow finger print/keypad access if battery goes flat. Honestly I’ve got two LOCKLY locks installed at start of 2023 and lock still showing 40% battery

      • According to the lockpickinglawyer the wear pattern on the keypad can give clues to the passcode as well

It uses non standard keys and easily raked. wtf.

Thanks! I’ll pass on this bargain..

    • Lol, remember you shop at Hardly Normal……

  • To be safer I would buy the Schlage from Bunnings:
Not wifi but: Samsung multi layered security, no keyhole for bypass devices.
    Warranty: Your choice!!
