FWIW had a similar issue, ended up finding the email to the Australia CEO (or similar) of Samsung and after a week they finally got back to me remedying the issue.
For anyone who wanted to know the details of the issue, I live rural and Aus Post (as required by Asurion by their own packagin) is incredibly slow, the package they sent for postage took so long that they deemed as not receiving the phone in time and charged me full price but did not return the phone either. Couldn't find out whats going on because as per OP they have no contact details.
They are getting smarter. This year your unique $200 can only be used within 72 hours. Maybe not the loyalty $200 one but the pre-registration bonus $200 off accessory is time limited to 72 hours to redeem. Otherwise, it will fall back to $100

That's the idea. Swamp the mass with codes. The only that really matters are the emailed loyalty one (usually $200) and the one you get from calling Samsung and said that "I am very interested in X, is there any loyalty code that can be used?"

it's a mystery to me too, I had nearly 10 emails registered when they had the $50 vouchers before, I got the $200 bonus on 1 email. And this is the first time receiving the targeted emails ever
Seems like the code only works if buying the S24 Ultra? On a regular S24 I get the error:
"The code you entered did not affect your order. Please note, codes may only be valid for certain items or in certain conditions. Please ensure you have added Trade-in to the cart for this code to be applied."
Yeah just managed to get a code from chat but it's restricted to S24 Ultra only. Anyone managed to get a code that works for all S24 devices?

Yeah accessories are free with the GALAXYAI code and 150 bonus so deleting them is futile

What conflicting info? I dont have the email but the samsung members app said it was for ultra and i have not seen any comments or posts that shows the code works for the non ultra models.

I did receive the CME code and have tried to redeem it on a base S24 preorder. The code does not work.
I have spoken to live chat and sent emails to onlinesupport@, both live agents confirm that the code will only work for Ultra trade-ins.
I also showed them the Terms and Conditions of the email which explicitly states that the code will work for any "series" of the revealed S24 range. Frustrating as heck, live agents say yes that's how the terms read, but they cannot honor it.
Honestly, I will probably just grab one of the G54 deals and wait for a better deal to come along, personally, for a S24.
