Wouldnt be very retro then
If you put disc brakes on it you need to change/strengthen the frame and therefore the look of it.
not necessary on a road bike.
Looks like 1 size only, but a range of specials on other bikes and frames.
I didn’t think that Cro-Moly steel frame bikes were still being made?

Still being made but more niche than mainstream,

this a cant be a bicycle…i cant see a battery???
This or RTX 4080 SUPER?
I wonder who would buy this instead of modern pushy? It's almost like riding a penny farthing…
I would
decent groupset, steel frame bikes are usually bought for specific uses, there is a market for it
$2699 RRP without disc brakes?
Ultegra in 10 Speed was a long time ago…
If new, it's very old stock…
It's really just the rear derailleur so they can anchor price expectations using Ultegra.
Pretty over priced. The no disc brakes thing is purely aesthetic. I'm guessing they want to appeal mainly to the hipster cycling culture. There are pros who still use rim brakes.
Components are pretty basic for the money. Can get way better for under 2k. Could say much about the frame.
The cycling snobs will laugh them selves off their bike on the group ride 😧
“ hey look at what i found on hardwaste collection day”.
Steel is nice to ride on if you're not a pro or a spec chasing (profanity).
It's a cool bike, just not sure if it is $1800 cool.
pity they didn’t put disc mounting points on the frame if at some stage someone wanted to fit, frames like this can have a 30 year plus life span and it would give next owner some options.
oh shit!….downshifters
just realised its rocking downshifters!!
this is definitely for the 70s/80s cyclists & hipsters
I'm fixing up a 1980s Japanese Cro-Mo touring frame, but no @#$%ing way am I putting the old downtube shifters on.
Does anyone have advice on converting from 27" to 700c rims?
I could probably put some long-reach caliper brakes on. It used to have cantilevers, but I don't think that works with standard STI road brake levers?
maybe 2024 model will have disc brakes ..
