No its not per item, I had the same question before I started buying from their site. I have bought from them countless times.
Say if you order 4 items - they will charge you 99 pence shipping for your order.
But most likely they usually break up the order and will ship some items separately but you would still only pay 99 pence shipping for your whole order (not individually).
Shipping in general takes about 2 weeks ( the quickest being 8 days and latest I think was about 25 days)
(P.S - Haven't bought from them for couple of months so I am assuming it is still the same method)
