  • I got one from the previous deals and for some reason it just cant print more than 3 labels at a time correctly.

It starts printing part of 1 label onto the next label.

    I have tried everything.

    Any tricks to this?

Now i just end up printing 2 labels at a time.

    • With printers like this it probably means the sensor isn't picking up the label or the calibration for label length is incorrect. Could try recalibrating if you haven't already: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVArY3nY9iQ

With some printers you can also change which sensor type it uses to be more reliable (reflective, transmissive etc). But not sure you have access to this kind of setting on this model.

    • Hi, could you please kindly contact [email protected] for help? Our technical support team will help you fix it
