I've used them quite a few times (for myself as well) and had no major problems. Once they advertised a freebie with fragrance purchase and we didn't reveive it (and family member who was picking up didn't realise there was meant to be one), but it was just a freebie so not too important.

Hi Stevie. I have a question. If put through a purchase order but for whatever reason am unable to travel and cancel my flight, is there a partial or full refund given? Also can I change the deliver date of my order at a later point in case I need to shuffle flights around? Thanks.
