Officeworks are clearing Rotring Tikky Lead Refills. Only 0.7mm HB is available. You can get 2 packs of 12 leads for $3. Not sure how good this stuff is but jetpens.com reckon it's pretty smooth to write with.

Out of all the HB leads we tested, the Rotring Tikky Lead and Pilot Neox Lead had the smoothest writing sensations.

Can probably get cheaper lead just about anywhere but if you want to use/try Rotring Tikky lead this will probably be the cheapest right now. Pulp Addiction selling the same 2 pack for $8.95 (RRP $12.95)

      Seems to be ok for me. It lets me go all the way to payment as a guest.

      Edit: Which state are you in? Maybe it's out of stock in your State? Do you have onepass? Maybe that will make a difference.
