Amazon have reduced a number of their Rite in the Rain pens. Discounts do differ a little from pen to pen but average around 40% off? Wanted to see what these were like but ended up getting a space pen instead. Does anyone have any experience with these? Maybe you can twist my arm a little.

I think I got most of the better discounted items listed here below but if you want to see all the BF sale items check here. Couldn't see any real discounts on any of their notepads unfortunately (at least compared to previous OzBargain posts).

    Won't the paper get wet anyway? Do we need waterproof paper as well to accompany this?

    As soon as I saw these were manufacturered by Fisher, I thought these might be similar to the Space Pen.

    What’s the difference between Fisher Space Pen and Rite in the Rain pens?
    We manufacture and supply pens & refills for Rite in the Rain.
    Rite in the Rain refills have a specially formulated ink that performs better on their waterproof paper. The writing isn’t as smooth as our Space Pen refills but has all the same functionalities.

      Yeah, I ended up just getting some notebooks as I already have a Fisher Space Pen. Maybe I'll look into these pens another time.
