Rather taking taking a "quiz" just go to your local doctor get your blood work done and they will tell you what vitamins you are lacking.
They put all your vitamins into one daily sachet for you. However the vitamins are best taken at different times of day and some with food and others on an empty stomach so now you get to sort through them all and work it all out. Garbage.
