I've also heard Crucial MX or BX (can't remember) not good anymore either because of swapped components, what's going on with samsung?
Wait what, I thought the 870 EVO was top tier?
I am not sure about the 870 EVO but my 860 EVO died within 3 years. waiting for their refund. If I buy from Amazon and is shipped from Amazon US, does the warranty still apply?
870 EVO are failing… its not looking good :) 850 evo was the last rock solid SSD .. 980 Pro's are pretty good too
Is this recent released ones, or ones that people have had for a while?
I've got a couple that I installed a few years ago and they seem to be going OK.
SSDs have a TBW (depending on capacity and model, once reached, it is supposed to be replaced…)
I dont trust these 870 Evo's anymore.. :)
