      msrp is 2019 AUD, and we have Techfast selling 5080 GamingPro for that exact price. Granted that this deal is not that far off

      As for where to buy it or not, it's more on how much you trust this vendor. From https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/879466, seems like a genuine but inexperience new store.

          As mentioned by Oscar below and many buyers, they are expecting delays for that deal. Techfast acknowledged the fault and said that they won't do the GPU-only in the near future, and especially during launch.

        Pricing appears to be "MSRP" depending on your definition. The official price of this card by MSI is $1299 USD on its official US store, which converts to $2060 AUD without including sales tax.

        TechFast still has supply issues with their 5080 PC. Apparently some orders haven't shipped in 2 months, so I wouldn't expect them to sell individual graphics cards anytime soon.

          I kinda don't want to use the specific model pricing, because then we will have 100s of "msrp" for different models. I understand that not all 5080 are the same, but you get the point.

          About Techfast supply issues, I agree with everything you said. They still commit to ship the cards though, so the pricing is still valid imo (not a "ghost" deal).

      I wouldn't expect a discount, but transferring money makes me worry that I could lose the money if the business goes under before I receive the machine. If margins are so tight then why not just charge a small percentage more for paying by credit card? Plenty of other businesses do this to cover credit card fees.

    Good quality build there, crazy prices for gaming these days though, unbelievable jump from last gen, and even sadder seeing everyone rushing to buy just confirming to NVIDIA and co that they can jack prices so much from gen to gen and sheep will buy …..ah well
