      My 2 orders were also rejected in the end by ShopBack after I raised the missing cb claims.

      I believe the order tracking went wrong on their side but they are making the customers pay for their issues and saying we didn’t follow the instructions (ie turning off vpn, ad blockers, etc) which is BS

  Yeah something strange has gone on here. Usually have no problems with Shopback.

  Mine didn't track, so I went to put in a missing cashback claim. There's no click history for Myer listed in my account even though I have 5 screenshots of me making the purchase within the app…

  Anyway after reading everyone else's comments I think it's safer just to return the purchase.

    My clicks for Myer are not registering. I purchased and returned. Tested it multiple times after and none of the clicks came through.

    Definitely something wrong here with all the comments. Both cashbacks didn't track (I have a click history though) — did everything correctly through the app to ensure there wouldn't be an issue.

    Just had my missing cashback claim rejected too, just a generic message.

    Hopefully the rep can help sort.

  Hey @gotyourback, we placed an order with this promo but it didn't track for some reason. We used the shopback app, and it registered the click but the order didn't track. We raised a case but not getting anywhere. What's the complaint or the appeals process? By our estimate, the cash back on our order was going to be around $110!
