Hello OzBargainers,

Hope you're all doing well!

We're excited to announce our brand new cashback promotion, available for home loan refinance or property purchase.
You'll get $2,500 broker cashback if your effective loan balance is at least $500,000.
We're a mortgage broker based in Sydney, with more than 6 years experience.
You can go with any bank or non-bank lender on our panel, including all the majors, and smaller banks such as ME Bank, Bank of China, Macquarie Bank, HSBC, Ubank, Qudos Bank, Suncorp and ING.

Some banks are offering their own cashbacks on top of our broker cashback.

  • Fixed rates start from 5.54% with ME Bank who's also offering $3,000 refinance cashback (CR 6.32%).
  • Variable rates start from 5.58% with Bank of China who's also offering $3,288 refinance cashback & $2,000 property purchase cashback (CR 5.77%).
  • For a no frills loan, we also have Qudos Bank with 5.69% variable rate (CR 5.69%), no annual or monthly fees.

Terms and Conditions of our Broker Cashback Offer:

  • Broker cashback of $2,500 is available for new customers submitting a refinance application or purchasing a property between 01/03/2025 and 30/04/2025.
  • Minimum effective loan balance $500,000 (net of funds in any linked offset accounts).
  • The loan must be kept for at least 24 months and 1 day. Broker cashback will be paid after 24 months.
  • If applying for 2 loans with 2 different banks, one of the applications must meet the minimum loan balance requirement on its own.
  • Excludes customers who have or are about to have more than 2 properties (including the property being purchased).

We work with a large panel of banks and non-bank lenders, some banks currently offering their own cashbacks are listed below (on top of the broker cashback above):

We look forward to helping you save money!

  • Minimum effective loan balance $500,000 (net of funds in any linked offset accounts).

Should the loan amount be over $500,000 over a two-year period?

    • If it's a little bit less just due to the standard monthly loan repayments, it's fine. If it's a lot less such as half or almost $0, probably not but please reach out privately and we'll discuss.

  • If applying for 2 loans with 2 different banks, one of the applications must meet the minimum loan balance requirement on its own.

Excludes customers who have or are about to have more than 2 properties (including the property being purchased).

    Explain yourself please

Two properties are fine. Three or more is not. We're trying to attract the simpler customers :)

  • Just out of curiosity do these cash offers work for loans that are full offset?

    • The bank's cashback generally yes. Our broker cashback probably not, but we can discuss privately if you plan to use the money soon.

  • Worked with Arman before. Higher recommend his professionalism and quick turnaround

    • Thank you, appreciate the kind words!!

  • What are the investment rates for these banks?

    • +2

Would you like to contact us privately to discuss your loan scenario? But potentially we can get you 5.88% if variable rate, 5.69% if fixed rate.

  • These posts just come across as marketing, it's not actually a bargain as mentioned in previous adz where the minimum was only 250K.

  • Bank of China website says cheapest rate is 5.88% variable currently, not 5.58%?

They are coming up with a new offer on 4th March :)

      • Is that a new offer or just the rate cut?

I know March 4 is St George’s rate cut date… so which is it, an offer or just the rate cut being passed down?
