Could broadly reuse an excuse by forgetting to remove text on every page and cancelling the ones they find they oversold for or see higher $-uptick demand (refund after already accepting money for [7?] months in some cases)

I had a similar discount code issue a while back. Seems different department can have different codes. I was told.there was no 25% codes in webchat a few months back. Asked to be passed to a customer service team i think it was and they had it

Sorry all, so I mistakenly looked at the model and the voucher is not applicable for 2023, only 2022 TV.
I also just called Samsung and can confirm they can provide a 20% voucher for Neo QLED. Tell them you're after Neo QLED, otherwise they'll give a 15% off for all TV-AV products

ok, i just got a code this afternoon after 2 phone calls to samsung on their support line. the first call i put to their tv support department and they wouldnt give me anything more than 15%. i then asked to be put through to the customer service department to which i got through and took my name and number before saying they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours.
second go, i tried the z concierge department, who were much nicer. after explaining a friend got a 25% voucher code, he came back and said he could only offer me 20% but thats unfair as my friend got a 25% voucher yesterday and he would put me through to the customer loyalty department. the girl in the customer loyalty department then was nice enough to generate a code for me and tried it before sending it to my email. also mentioned that if i wanted any other codes, i could email her directly for some 15%off codes.
so in summary, I was able to get a 85qn85c from the app today for $2682.60 and apparently its being delivered on thursday.

Just go there and tell them that samsung is giving it for that price with loyalty and first order.
They have margin on this oneI went to Westfield garden city in Brisbane and bought one.
Guys in that tv section are really nice and helping.
The only catch is we may have to pay for delivery. Which would be around $60
So no serial number plate and voucher required.
But we should thank OP for posting this which helped in bargaining and all the people with their tips and suggestions.

Based in Victoria. The first place i went to was Harvey and he tried saying that they're different from Qld and best they could do was $3500.

@LocalIdentity: I went in person. Thought it'd be too difficult to price match over the phone by just saying a random figure, i felt that showing them the receipt proved it to be more legit and more inclined for them to price match it.

Unfortunately, they told me they could only replicate the deal if it was exactly the same with the warranty included (You don't need an extended warranty as you're protected under ACCC laws FYI). Still a great deal at $3100 anyway
