  I gave up the smokes 6 months ago (I'm not an anti smoker) and found the best thing to get off them is a tablet called Chantix which the doctor prescibes cost about $35 for 1 pack.

  Feel much better still have the craving though and I love the smell still.

    Caution: Varenicline (aka Chantix or Champix) may lead to suicidal tenancies.

    Glad they worked for you, I've just head of lots of people taking them and not having them work, plus there is the above 'issue' to worry about.

  Please be aware of what itsross mentioned above. It is better to search for some natural ways of quitting if you still experience cravings. I had a great success with <a href="http://howtoquitsmokingnews.blogspot.com/2008/11/free-stop-smoking-hypnosis.html">free hypnotism</a> but who knows - it might work for you also. The group hypnotherapy to quit smoking works as charm :)
