  How does this "support magsafe3 charging"?

  I'm dubious about the Thunderbolt 3 claim, and note that it doesn't support 2 external monitors, just 2 mirrored or one extended…

    I think it means it will still allow you to plug in your Magsafe and doesn't block the port. One of the review pics shows this but it looks like a tight fit.
