Seems to be the lowest going around. Discounted probably because Geek 1S, 2S and Kun are inbound?

Consider getting a Steam Deck or even better the OLED one in a few months. I had the Air Pro, great little device but built quality is a hit or miss. The only upside is that this is JB warranty, otherwise going through AYA is a pain. If you must consider something a bit more powerful than the Deck, consider Lenovo Legion Go or ROG Ally. The Ally is not without its issues though.

Have no idea why you've been downvoted, ayaneo quality is 💩 and their official support is also 💩, takes them forever to reply and don't want to help out nothing at all, at all. They don't provide direct warranty support, they just tell you to go through your retailer. Even if you don't have a receipt or lost it or got it as a present they should at least honour 1 year warranty from release date if purchase date can't be proven. Awful, just awful.

isn't ally 100Aud cheaper, and will be under 950aud if people can take advantage of 15% off giftcard deal in 3 days.

I personally love mine. Other than the battery size. Each to their own.

    • Ya why not go SD or Ally at this price.

Isn't support for this pretty important? The Ayaneo keep pumping out devices which doesn't give much confidence for support. Other comments here question warranty support.

Asus is well established and Steam are giving their all on this.

  • It seems I'm the only person in the world whose Aya Neo 2 hasn’t broken. Owners are very vocal on the Aya subreddit and it’s quite negative. Until Valve actually distribute here, i feel Aya have the nicest looking and most ergonomic handheld PCs on the market. That said if I could buy again, i’d wait for the Steamdeck Oled.

lol why bought from a chinese manufacturer who pops out newer model every a few months. if it hasn't told you they have no long term support plan for older models. i'd either steam deck or lenovo go. even ASUS makes a bit of everything include gaming controllers, mouse pads, cpu coolers that tells their focus is… everywhere.

I 200% second this. I backed this ayaneo 2 before the ROG was announced. At that time, the chipset and screen where quite ahead of the steamdeck's and looked like the better choice.

The ayaneo craps itself all the time. Drivers crap themselves all the time. Battery drains itself for no reason all the time. It fails to boot and you have to reset it all the time.

1000% wait for the steamdeck OLED if you are interested in a handheld.
