Faaaantastic. I rented a movie from them yesterday, which conveniently failed to send me my confirmation email I normally get (and no it's not in my junk mail folder) so I didn't have a code to get a 2 for 1 next time. Forward to today and the wife wants to rent two movies. I call oovie and they say there is nothing they can do, as they can't re-generate the 2-for-1 code from the box. So the wife goes and just rents them both for full price. Now I find this, so not particularly pleased with Oovie's apathetic support, they used to be much better.
