Not sure the long term effect. But I donate plasma regularly, and my GP advised me to consume multivitamin (similar to this) 2 days prior and on the day of the donation, to avoid the metallic taste / tingling sensation in the lips due to the drop of the calcium levels due to the tiny amount of citrate when the red blood cell are being returned to the body.

Cant understand a thing. Rephrase please

    • If you're deficit in anything in your diet, then yes, otherwise no.

The problem with our monoculture and knp based synthetic fertiliser is that trace elements can be lacking. Is it a problem? Who knows!?

      • How you know you are lacking. You catch cold easily? Any blood test can check all the malnutrition?

        • were probably deficient in something if you take multivitamin consistently for a few days, and feel better afterwards

  • looks OK for a synthetic multi vitamin. Has 2.5 x the recommended dosage of vitamin e for men. Excess vit e is associated with prostate cancer.

    • I don’t understand why people neg your comment. You’re pointing out a valid point about double the rdi intake for vitamin E. Those that neg this comment I was wondering why? Is poohduck wrong?

Because they're making a medical claim not backed up by fact? (No, a doctor citing a random study in a Youtube video does not count as fact)

        • Ok good point. Thank you for replying

The doctor in the video even said the study he referred to was small and limited
