To receive Westpac bonus Cashback, you must add an eligible Westpac debit or credit card to your ShopBack account, make an eligible purchase on the same Westpac debit or credit card and comply with the offer criteria.

Purchases made using digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay will be eligible for Westpac bonus Cashback as long as an eligible card is used as the linked payment method at the merchant’s checkout.

Purchases made using online payment methods such as PayPal, where ShopBack is not able to identify whether an eligible card was used at the merchant checkout, will not qualify for Westpac bonus Cashback (even where an eligible card is linked e.g. to the PayPal account).

    or twice one for the ShopBack standard and the second for the westpac discount ?

    @gotyourback is the spend $50 get 10% off deal on their website excluded or included? Not listed on SB website. But its not a "code"

    • Generally if it is automatically applied then it is OK! I would take screenshots of the offer (or even screen record) to show that it is auto applied and not a code you entered. Of course it's best if gyb gets back to you in time but that might not happen

      Hey mate, sorry I missed this! Yeah nicholasv is correct, as a rule if the discount automatically applies, you shouldn't have any issues with Cashback mate.

    • $125 if cashback isn't paid on gst.

      • It is paid on GST btw all my previous bws have only tracked and paid with GST

    • $113 spend gives you $24.86 cash back (on the standard 22%).

      1 order was over $100 and the other was around $70. Both tracked with expected amounts

  • Last time there was alot on spirits on clearance, this time I checked 25 stores and nothing for wine or spirits! ohwell, i managed to find 2 bottles of Chardonnay down to 30 from 60.

      I'm more impressed that you are prepared to drive to 25 stores for clearance booze. There might be some closer AA's than some of those stores.

    For those wondering why the "Spend $50 and get 10% off" for selected products may not be working, it apparently can't be combined with another offer..
    e.g. Cat Among the Pigeons Shiraz is $21, or 2 for $28. If I put 2 in the cart it comes to $28. But put 4 in, or a different product showing the 10% offer (to make the total over $50), and it drops the 2 for $28 deal and charges the single price of $21 less 10% for each of them. They convert it to the lower offer.

    I searched for T&C but could not find them.

      Yes, you get your standard and bonus points with your BWS purchase. I stacked with a targeted offer, spend $100/1000 points or $5, not the greatest, but it helps.

    I really dislike the BWS website, the login experience is hiorrific.

              @Geillis: Order 1 hrs ago tracked.

              I always click through sites 2 to 3 times and make sure the landing page is loaded fully (to let cookies settle down) before purchase.

              Click one time may not set the cookie properly in my view. Click more times to be safe.

          • @Spending2Much: I also have this issue. First order tracked in 17 minutes. Second order hasn't tracked after nearly an hour. Made sure to click through again before the second order and it's showing in the click history, just waiting for tracking.

            • @tbone74: Second order tracked for me now. Not sure why it took so much longer than the first but happy to see it working properly this time after issues with the last couple promotions.

              Hope others above find tracking coming through eventually for them.

        • Still no tracking for the second order. Will just have to open a ticket with SB. Click has been recorded, so hopefully don't have to argue.

      Call them up and cancel that’s what I’ve done before when it didn’t track

  • Ordered at around 8:50pm and got a tracking notification around 1hr later.

  • Decided to use the free delivery for the first time and ended up getting 6 bottles of Pure Blonde instead of the two slabs of Corona I ordered. Should have stuck to pick up like I normally do.

      Call them. It happened to me once with FirstChoice liquor. I received the wrong slab, called them and they sent me the correct one. I got to keep both slabs 😀

    submitted a missing cashback claim for the second order, which got rejected, even though my click was recorded and I had proof of purchase. The first order was tracked with no issues. Very annoying

    • High chance of rejection (maybe≈100%). You should have cancelled it.

      • I thought if I had a proof then it will get tracked.

          The best advice is to use it selectively. If not tracking in a common time period, think to cancel it first.

    • I submitted two claims as well for two orders. If It's rejected that's bullshit. Where do you see status of missing claim?
