Yep similar experience. If it’s a large cashback amount seems like the chance of rejection goes up, and a lot of work to get it paid.

Be careful with ING. They debanked me. Froze all my accounts, sent the balance out as a bank cheque to my address. Gave me no reason.

Yes it worked for me (but I pay 3 monthly, amount due was less than $250). Not sure if you could pay 700-800 with them on one go.
