      You are correct its only a request. It interacts with our site.
      Its where we post our specials, roast days reminders, and interesting information relating to coffee.
      There is only 1-2 posts a week. We try hard not to annoy!

    Go for the PNG and the Coastal blend. Pananma is excellent also but is more of a smooth mild coffee in milk.

  My wife and I live on the central coast and enjoy our coffee. We currently order online down from Queensland the Merlo Espresso. Happy to support a local company, are you familiar with that particular cofee bean and able to recommend something similar within your range for us to try?

        I can't go past the single origins, I would try one of each. Let me know what you think.
        If you particularly like strong punchy coffee go for the coastal instead of the Panama.
        I personally think the Panama is great with milk but I drink it a Piccolo or Double shot 15g basket in a 130ml cup as a latte.

    You can buy any 2 x 1 kg bags and still get the free shipping but it will be more than $48 of course.
    Out of the 3 on special, drinking as a long black I would go for the Coastal or the PNG.
    Short black, for the Panama.
    If you want something special go for the Brazil Cup of Excellence. Not cheap but the most impressive coffee I've had in the last 6 months.

    As per the post coffee will be roasted and post Tuesday the 2nd October.
    Deal ends on Monday.
    Yes the roasted on date will be on the pack and it will be 2/10.

  2 x 1 kg is a lot - people must use coffee quickly ;)

  Considering that (for an espresso machine - which is what I use) you are probably best to wait 5-7 days before using freshly roasted coffee. And then there is about a 2 week window in which to use the coffee after that.

  Unless people are into freezing etc, which I am not.
