I had once found such a thing in a gadget toy shop. Used to take it out whenever I met a client that insisted that we were not working hard enough, that "1+1 should be >2!", and showed them 1+1=3 or -4 etc. That always helped soften the atmosphere and made subsequent discussions easier. Unfortunately I I've long lost it, or perhaps have it stolen as everyone wanted one!
