I took up this deal but the $10 credit is not showing in November. Doordash claims there was no such promo. Anybody else experiencing the same issue ?
You gotta screenshot the promo to send to support because they are idiots, and not accept no as an answer, you need to harnress the karen within to get anything back from these damn delivery apps

Just chatted with support - they issued me $20 of credits for 2x$120 orders in October. I argued it should be $40 and they disagreed.

They didnt give me the $10 credit this month either, and im not about to give away 10 bucks so i contacted support and had to spend ages fighting for it, they tried gaslighting me for a while and then they offered $5 so i was like naa mate you owe me $10 and they finally relented, what a hassle.
I recieved 10 x $10 vouchers, manages to use 2 before Doordash took them away 😅🤦♀️ called Doordash and they are basically calling me a liar and saying any promotions/credits would be on my account
