Quick FAQ

Q: Can I pay using Flybuys Dollars and/or Gift Cards as the payment method?
A: Yes. However, do not accept the instant 2000 points for $10 off, unless you are more than $10 over the min spend amount. Ref.

Q: My offer has disappeared in week 2/3/4.
A: It is normal, it should reappear Tuesday or Wednesday. Check on your receipt from last week and it will confirm that you completed that week's spend. Ref.

Q: I didn't receive my points after week 4 ended?
A: Contact Flybuys with a copy of all your receipts from each week.

Q: Does this stack with other bonus points offers, eg '5x points on biscuits' or '500 points if you buy x product'.
A: Yes, unless the other bonus points offer has the following clause in its terms and conditions: This offer is not in conjunction with any other bonus points offers.

  • +1

Found this offer in FlyBuys as well which is decent:

    COLES 5 days left
Collect 80x points on Kleenex Facial Tissues.

  • +3

    Omg. I got $110 booooooo

    • +1

      MeToo $110

  • +2

I got 60 on one and 70 on one. The 70 is a double up with 10 off an online shop of 100.

    • +1

Stop spending and they will give you more value next time.

      • I'm not sure that right
        I was always $50
        Then $60
I would ensure I wouldn't go over that amount by max dollar or two.
I haven't had one of these 'spend per 4 week' deals offered to me since Oct
        Which was $70

Now I'm at $80 and the last time I shopped at Coles was $60

  • +1

    Decent.

  • I got $100 same as last one

  • now that Coles have pulled knives from their shelves, how can we redeem the knife credits from that Baccarat promotion?

    • +2

“SMEG kitchen knives will still be available for redemption at our service desk, until January 21.

  • +1

    didnt receive anything,boo!

    • close the app and try again.

  • +2

skipped the last one which was 60 for me, now it's back down to 50 yay

  • +1

Mine is $190 ouch, but my offer is 20,000 points.

I am glad I saw this post as I was going to do my online shopping today. Will wait until tomorrow now.

  • +3

    Mine was $70.
Flybuys is annoying making us spend $70 in a single shop, rather than the total cost of the transactions over the week like Woolies does.

  • 60 booo. Thanks OP

  • 70 on one account
    Will check other phone later…

  • fark who does this always happen when i'm going on holidays?

    • how long are you gone for? Can you get someone else to do the shop for one of the weeks?

    • Username checks out :P
Maybe a bit topical atm but I think Opal topups still work if you could get someone to do that

  • yay, both hubby and I got the $50 one…last time only one of us did and sometimes neither of us get it…..used to be a regular thing every time for me

    • +3

      Back in your cave.

  • I got $280 for 10K points

  • mine was decreased from 170 to 100 now as i ignored the previous offer of $170

  • +2

Wait for Fri/Tue for potential double dip offers

  • I got $110. No thanks.

  • mine $130/$180 for 10,000 or 20,000 have to wait some more lol

  • Ooft, no offer for me at all

  • $80. My last one was $50. Woolworths keep sending me things like 2000 points for a $180 spend (which I ignore).

  • $100 here

  • Got $50x4 for 10,000pts - something decent for a change from Flybuys, Rewards wants to give me 3200pts for spending $60x4 lol

  • What's everybody's take on what is the better option? The points or the cash?

    • +3

Points. You can redeem them for Flybuy Dollars and use them when or as you want over multiple shops and not just at Coles. With the $50 off, you have to use it at Coles and in 1 shop, so minimum spend $50.05. Also only 30 days to use it if I read the terms correctly.

$50 discount will be loaded to your Flybuys card after your week 4 qualifying shop and can't be used against your week 4 shop. $50 discount is valid for 30 days from date of issue. $50 discount will be automatically redeemed the first time $50.05 is spent and your Flybuys card is used after your week 4 qualifying shop.

      • Copy that, points it is!

      • "Points"
        Great pickup Thanks :)

  • Spend $210 over multiple transactions to collect 5,000 bonus points
    or
spend $300 over multiple transactions to collect 10,000 bonus points instead
    or
spend $420 over multiple transactions to collect 20,000 bonus points instead.

    I got fisted

    • Spend $420 for 20,000 points is awesome!

      • I can smoke 420 but not sure about spending that much. How much is 20k points work

    • Okay rip about the values but how do you get multiple transactions for Coles I'd love that lol

  • get $100 Coles Prepaid Mastercards then shop with them

    • +1

Better to use those Prepaid cards to pay bills and use discounted Coles gift cards to pay for your Coles shop instead. Or use prepaid cards to buy the discounted Coles gift cards if possible, eg on Shopback.

  • I got spend $80, will definately be doing it.

  • I don't get Coles algorithm

    I was always 4 x $50
    Then it went to 4 x $60
I would ensure I wouldn't go over that amount by max dollar or two.
I haven't had one of these 'spend per 4 week' deals offered to me since Oct 2024
    Which was a 4x $70 and I didn't shop

Now I got it offered to me today and I'm at $80 and the last time I shopped at Coles was the last deal I got offered at $60

So I don't know what Coles algorithm actually is

  • +1

    $50 offer again.
To keep this low amount I keep my between offers shops at under $52.
If I have to spend more , such as Christmas, I don't scan the card.
If you do any large shops that'd the amount they ask you to spend each week to get the 10000 points

    • Same. I keep it interested with the occasional milk and bread purchase that’s about it. Nothing over $50

    • I only shop at Coles when there is a deal like this, other than the rare occasion I'll run in for milk or something and I got the $80 offer.

      • I don't shop at Coles unless it's a 4 x $spend deal

Haven't been targeted since October last year and that was 4 x $70, which I didn't shop

Up from the usual $50/$60, that I used to get before, it's now 4 x$80

  • I have a spend $60 in one shop and get 2000 points. Plus spend $50 each week for 4 weeks. The dates overlap. Anyone have experience as to whether 1 shop will complete both in the same week?

  • Spend 50 get 10,000 points x23
    Spend 60 get 10,000 points x4
    Spend 180 get 20,000 points x1

  • I got $60

  • I got $230 and I rarely even shop at coles. If I do, its usually only 100-150 max. Shit job marketing team.
