I can say for certain the only thing they have in common is the shape. Build quality, software and battery life will be much lower quality.
If you're willing to shell out, I recommend the new Superlight 2 that just released.
If not, hard to argue with this one for value.

No issues at all. I like the switches feel very snappy. Btw make sure to turn off the green led in the mouse using the software because it eats through battery. I had trouble finding the mouse software though.

The viper mini is pretty slender and sharply defined but this looks rounder and stuff, surely that makes it feel very very different.
The viper mini sharply defined on the front, around the buttons. but they don't get touched when held on hand. maybe the slightly curved front buttons help with positioning the fingers?
