    I opted in for the bonus.
    Bought 2x $10 gcs @ 2% cashback.
    I got notified that it was tracked, however it was only the 2% and not the bonus.
    Went to the bonus, and it says deal must be bought in one transaction??

    Shopback at it again. Over these clowns.

    • You'll receive your bonus about 10 minutes after. I bought 2x $10 gift cards and it was fine. Just be patient

    • It doesn't across it states in T&C multiple transaction.

    • I purchased at 7:15pm and the bonus is still not tracked. The 1.75% cashback tracked though.

  • Have purchased $20 gift cards but only the 40c has tracked. Under the Westpac challenge it still shows as untracked. Clicking on that box and the page says "$20 to go".

    • The initial bonus tracked immediately, but, the bonus tracked in 13 mins for me

      • Spoke too soon. After about 25 mins the Westpac part tracked. Got the deal, but only the 3 months of Prime as I was on a 1 month trial of Prime that didn't get accepted as a real Prime account.

    • You have to check your eligibility under Rewards in the app. Good luck though - last time I tried it (twice) it bugged out.

    The $15 prime thing should not be mentioned in this deal, its completely separate and i had already redeemed it but listening to this deal, I thought i would be getting a new one if i purchased the gift cards.

        But we are reiterating the misleading information by having it up here in the main title alongside the purchase of the gift card. That mention should be removed or mentioned in the description and pointing to the link of the old thread / Post on the deal.

            @nicholasv: I dont have a beef with anyone, my point is the title is misleading and should be changed. I and others on here read the title and followed through with the purchase and then went looking for the $15 credit. Now that its known its not part of the purchase of the gift card, the title should be changed.

    Link is a waste of time as not availabe for me - ie does not work. For me it reads - Sorry you have exceeded the maximum quantity of 1 allowed for this product. (I used it for the 3 months related to getting prime account for 3 months). It is sad that they promote it as if it is something new, but it seems to be resuing the same process from a totally unrelated westpac offer.
    The terms, as I read them, made no reference to being unavailable if bonus redeemed prior in a seemingly different MasterCard promotion.

      3 month prime or $15 GC. Just gives generic link to the same Mastercard offer.

      I thought they gave a completed link (without needing to enter card details on Mastercard website) But clearly not.

      Sorry SB this is very false, and misleading info to OZB members. To others IDK but OZB members expect it to be a full deal (not a link that again asks us to put the same CC detail that we had used earlier)

    It's the same damn link that MasterCard has previously shared. This means that if you have previously your email to redeem a monetary gift card or 3-months of free amazon prime via Mastercard you are up shit creek. Doesn't matter if you have a new card.

      No it is in your account details there is Rewards button. But the link is the same as existing Westpac MasterCard promo if you already claimed that.

        SB wont do anything about it. that's just a fact, yes it's also the fact their terms & condition said, they reserve right to withdraw offer anytime. (so they did).

        If we miss out on SB offer, we still have other offers to redeem don't forget.

        • this is misinformation, SB is fixing this situation and honoring their deal even though it also ended early and had its own issues so no reason that they will not fix the Westpac x Amazon x Mastercard problem also. Give SB and GYB some time.

    @gotyourback The offer also ended early like the other 3 online transactions one. This offer still had 2436 rewards left this morning. I didn't purchase yet and was waiting for the update from ShopBack on the $15 Amazon gift card. Was disappointed that the offer ended before expiry

  • Just got a response to another Shopback issue and unfortunately GYB is away until 24th. So I got the usual submit a missing cashback claim response or wait until his return..

    Looks like we could be waiting a while for a resolution on this deal..

I was waiting for an update from ShopBack in relation to the $15 gift card offer. I haven't encountered ShopBack deals ending early before when not sold out. This deal and the 3 online transactions one did end early.
