These are not tablets and are not touch screens. They are monitors that allow you to use a specific pen for drawing on them (not fingers). The best use for them is art.
They seem to review pretty well as being an economical alternative to Wacom ones. The offer of a coupon on top of the Prime Big Deal may be a mistake as they're very cheap for what they are.
