So why does it contain things from normal medicine, plus Chinese and Indian herbal medicine? It's almost like it's just a random mashup of plants and vitamins that are dried and sold for an incredibly high price.
For anyone taking actual medicine, particularly anyone who's pregnant, make sure to double check the ingredient list for adverse side effects. Chamomile and Passionflower can cause miscarriages, Ashwagandha will give you the squirts.
For anyone suffering from mental health issues, talk to people about it. Talk to trusted friends but most importantly talk to medical professionals. It's a very hard road and it feels like there's no real solution sometimes but it's a journey worth taking.
