Got the 3G version from Telstra for $299 in Apr 2011, so what is the point to buy an refurbished WIFI only one for $236 in Sep 2012?

I can't remember which deal I got but I got one of these for the 3G version around the same time.
This price for a discontinued, refurbished, outdated device that doesn't even have the one thing that made it interesting at the time (it's a phone too)… no deal here.
Android 2.2, this is ancient! Theres way too many tablets out there with updated specs in a similar price range.

As I remember some people manage to get the Tab 2 for the same price.
If it was 3G, it might (just) have been worth considering since there still isn't many 3G tabs around. But a wifi Galaxy Tab, lol.
if it's wifi only and refurbished, i would pay extra to get the Nexus 7 tab
The WiFi version of this particular tab has an even lousier processor than the 3g version
just pay a little bit more and get nexus 7 for $284 (price match at officeworks)
The Lenovo Thinkpad tab with 3G could've been had for $230 after cashback. A non-3g single core tablet for $230+ is wayy too much.
Way outdated specs, UI, and refurbished stocks kill the deal. Ainol Fire Flame is way better than this for around $160 shipped.
