  Correct me if I'm wrong! This is an online google sheet, how secure is my personal data? Since www.spreadsheetsolutions.com is basically sharing the template, they can get access to my personal data without my consent, is it correct?
  I'll buy only if it was downloadable for offline used.

    Without looking at these specifically, in Google sheets you can Save > As a copy, therefore you will have your own local/offline (well in your Drive) version of the sheet to modify as you please.
