  • Great price. Would cop but got the darker one on rubber

I think member @Fergy1987 was after one of these. Hard to say no at this price, sapphire lens as well.

    • Yeah the watch looks like that off brand one from amazon with the seiko movement

  • NIce, that's the same one that was in the other thread from Starbuy
Probably prefer it on the rubber, these bracelets/clasps are nothing special but easy enough to change later with a silcone elite strap.

    i wish this was solar

  • Cracking deal. Probably one of the cheapest bracelet King turtle on offer I've seen so far. Hope watch depot has good after sales service.

    • You can always pay a little more and buy from Starbuy as they have good customer service for sure.

  • I see it says cashback too but redirects to Shiels? I assume we can't get any extra then?

    • Shiels, Watch Depot and I think Grahams is owned by Transworld. Shiels has cashback, the other two do not afaik

      • Think there's any chance starbuy does another drop? Or did they tap out since I see they put it back to 529 today from yesterday's price.

nfi, but the price war between SB and WD has been entertaining. Seems like they tapped out or don't have the stock.

WD has at least 30 because I just added 30 to my cart and got to the payment page

          • @rosebank: Pretty sharp prices indeed lately, good for the consumer!
I paid the extra $3.95 for express shipping as WatchDirect can take a while.

    Here's a deal I can't post because I'm overseas and I can only post 2 deals in 6 hours:

Wow you post a lot of watch deals. Do you want my username?

        Nah mate, you're the OG.

WhiskyNerd would be more appropriate, watches are like my side-chick

    • Nice, great deal, ended up getting both. And combined at less than 1/4th of the price of the Navitimer steel bracelet I have to eventually replace.

    • Spiffing price, shame it's the poo brown one.

      • Dial looks a bit busy..

  • This finally seems to have expired.

Good thing too, my resolve was waning.

    • Yep, back up to $519 now.

    • +1

Ha yeah, Easy to keep going back and looking at those pages. I just ended up getting the night vision solar prospex ($539, back to $637).

      Didn't really need it..

  • Anyone's dispatched yet? Turtle watch Turtle pace

    • i ordered something from Watch Depot, shoulnd't have bothered paying $4 for express… they are still trying to source it.
Good price anyway but tempted so say - nah don't need it haha

  • Got mine today. Model is SRPE39J1s per the tag. But no mention of the model number on the box or the watch itself. So guessing i got the JDM model
Edit - eGuarantee sent by Seiko lists the model as K and matches the serial number on the watch. So not sure if its J or K.

    • The deal says SRPE39K too, or did you buy the JDM one on one rubber strap?

There are always about 10 almost the same with these fkn watches.

      • +1

Nope.. Bought the Save the ocean with metal strap. Also has 'Made in Japan' printed on the dial and on the back of the watch.

        • Must be then if it's a J model .

Either way any of these should be fantastic.
Mine is taking ages for them to get stock, wouldn't be surprised If they are drop shipping.

          • @G-rig: not drop shipping, due to our large range some watches are sourced from our sister business Shiels, where if the fulfilment centre is out of stock due to demand they are recalled from a physical store before being shipped to you.

            • @Mike-f: Does that mean they could be open box handled/display models?

              • @Infraction: yes they could have been on display in one of our stores, as they could with other retailers
BTW most watches dont come in boxes from the supplier (ex GShock and a few others like Adidas) - the boxes are shiped seperately.

            • +1

              @Mike-f: Hmm..
Would have been easier to just go to a Shiels and get one, but the prices/deals are never the same as watch direct.. should have just got one elsewhere and price protect claimed it.

I don't think most people would expect to receive on on-display watch from a Shiels if they ordered a new one from watch depot.

              • @G-rig: Could have got the strap links shortened to size then too, as it stands can't wear it until I get it adjusted or buy a toolkit

                • @Infraction: Yeah bit annoying but unfortunately the best prices are online so have to put up with stock, not being able to inspect and waiting for delivery etc.
