    Has anyone received their order before their ETA? Only asking because I ordere more than 4 days ago and the ETA is on the 22nd which seems longer than what others waited for.

      For example, I ordered S23 lavender (standard colour) yesterday 19/09 5pm and the ETA for my order says Arrives on 21/09/23.

    Anyone yet to pull the trigger, definitely try adding buds to the cart after the discounts. There are a few mentions of it earlier in the thread but everyone should be giving it a try.

    1. Add your phone + trade in and add the 10%, $100 and $50 vouchers
    2. Click on the "add-ons" and select one of the buds (haven't tested everything).
    3. Re-check the total and you should see "Thank you for trading in an eligible Apple Device! Your 20% bundle offer discount PLUS bonus gift (USB Connector) has been added to your cart. Offer ends 30.10.2023." even if you're not trading in an apple product. Make sure the newsletter discount hasn't fallen off like it tends to.

    I haven't heard of anyone's orders getting overturned yet.

    Using the ultra 256gb, trade in bonus, 10%, $100 and $50 voucher I'm around $1035 without taking into account the trade in value.

    You then Add the buds 2 and the total goes down to $938. Change that to the buds pro 2 and it's $1012. You're getting paid to take them and then you can just sell them to further discount your purchase…

    This works with the cheaper phones but you may be paying a small fee for the buds, you can always just sell them or enjoy a heavily discounted pair.

        It automatically says that after you add the Buds 2 or Buds 2 pro at checkout without adding extra codes or trade in. I didn't notice it said that before, only that it made it cheaper after adding buds. It has been mentioned a few times that adding the buds at checkout makes it cheaper.

      S23+ was $805 for me with the $300 trade in, $100 off voucher, 10% off discount and $50 newsletter voucher.

      Added on the regular Buds2 and the price reduced to $755. Lucky I hadn't pulled the trigger yet!

      Buds worked ~6pm and showed that weird "Apple trade" message, applying further discount (on top of 10% and $100 coupons); then tried to apply $50 coupon a couple of times (didn't realise wrong account) then system went to error message screen, and could not return to cart. Had to leave, came back 10pm and could not replicate (cart was emptied), until midnight ;( Price offered was $1469 for fold 512GB (with buds) and buds $1 tradein. /sad face

I paid 338 for my S23 128 gb because i was lucky to have the $200 code emailed to me, would have cost me 540 as well if i didn't have the code, so you just score the Buds 2 for the same price. If you don't need it, you can always sell it to make your purchase price cheaper.

      Purchased on 13 Sep, received a notification on 19 Sep that my goods are on the way with an ETA of 20 Sep 2023.

      But, I haven't received my phone yet. Samsung (profanity) up my delivery. ETA was supposed to be 20 Sep (yesterday) but nothing. I also waited for today and still none. Chatted with Samsung Care today and they were so useless suggested I call Startrack. Called Startrack and found out that there was no delivery for me. I called Samsung Care again but they're still the same useless, gave me a case ID with a turnaround time of 7 to 10 working days. This is so infuriating.

      Samsung charged my cc already while I have no phone.

          It's a standard S23U in cream colour. Not sure why it has gone missing from their system.

      Keep removing and reapplying. It wasn't working, but then it eventually just added and stayed. To be safe, make sure it is the same email address and add it last - but honestly, I think it is just a bit glitchy. I persevered for about 10 minutes before it finally just…worked… Good luck

    What's the best place to sell Samsung old phones which might give better value than this Samsung Trade-in value (without bonus) ? As an example: I can see S21 Ultra 5G 128GB is valued in Samsung Trade-in as $360 but mobilemonster is giving $480 though not sure about their review.

      There are mixed reviews about all the online buyers. I ended up selling mine on Marketplace. It wasn't too bad, got at least a few scammers trying it on but I reckon as long you're careful and know how to spot them it's okay. Got $400 cash for an S21. So better than the trade in plus the $60 fee and I don't have to run the Asurion gauntlet.

    Status of my order has changed to "On the way" yesterday with an ETA of today. Haven't received any tracking details. Check with Star Track and they can't find anything with my phone number either. Samsung has a broken process where one hand doesn't speak with other. I am travelling overseas and was hopping this will appear on time to get the GST refund.

      If you only get the S23, then you might be able to trade it next year for more than you pay now. Obviously, no idea what the trade prices will be next year for an S23 after S24 is released though but based on the current S22 trade prices, the trade is more for a 1 year phone than the cost of a new S23.
      The current S22 trade prices are S22 128GB $405 & S22 256GB $440. You'd only pay $338 and $428 respectively for the phones so you could use the phone for 6 months until S24 comes out and possibly trade it for more than you paid.
      Or just sell it yourself. pretty sure a lot of people are doing that and why not many people are giving away codes.
      It also gives you a phone to trade in if they stop the headphone trade and you sell your old phone
