      Mine is stuck on awaiting dispatch. I asked live chat when it would dispatch and they tried to tell me 21 business days. I suspect that is wrong but live chat is useless, don't recommend.

    I'm torn between the s23+ or the s23 ultra 256GB, which I'll get before this deal expires regardless if I get the bonus trade in code or not. Ideally wanted the 12GB ram but I'm not a heavy user, anyone care to share experiences on the s23+ vs ultra? SPen is a nice to have, not really required. And it seems the only other differences is screen, camera, size and battery right?

      S23 ultra 256gb has 8gb ram… you need to get the 512gb if you want 12gb

      Personally it would have either been s23 vs s23U for me (got s23U in the end). There's not much difference between s23 and s23+, and the s23 price is ridiculously good.

      If it's a toss up somehow between the + and U, would recommend the U for all the reasons you've mentioned, unless you don't want the extra size, then regular s23.

      Was in same dilemma - deciding between S23 Plus and S23 Ultra. I went with the S23 Ultra 512gb for the following reasons:

      1. Saw the plus and ultra in store - the ultra is not much bigger at all
      2. Stylus is nice to have but not essential
      3. Higher res screen is a big bonus
      4. 10x Optical Zoom and 200MP is crazy on the Ultra. The 100x zoom is also nuts. Best camera in any smartphone on the Ultra
      5. At this point I'd decided on the ultra. I paid the extra $270 for the 512gb because you get the extra 12gb RAM as well and already saving a bunch on the phone so some extra cash to splurge. It also helps with resale value, plus the 200mp files and 4k/8k video use heaps of space so it's good to have

      In the end I ordered S23 Ultra 512gb Graphite for 1.1k

      Don't think they block you. I bought an S21+ through a similar deal and never sent in my old S8. Then just bought an S23 ultra in this deal through trading in my S21+ and no issues.

          Pretty sure they have had $500 bonus without a code in the past as i dont remember using a code to buy my S21 but i havent seen them have the $500 with code and then change it to $500 bonus without code straight after. May have happened but i dont remember seeing it or may have to wait a little for the next bonus sale. The other thing is that they may remove the $250-300 discount off the price so it works out more even if they do increase cashback.

          They had a $500 bonus on the Flip/Fold 5 with code that ended the other night and didn't offer that without the code after.

        The code that expired on 13th was for the flip/fold 5 but also worked on the S23 Ultra but not the S23 or S23+. It also gave a free cover for the Ultra that the codes for this deal does not.
        Doesnt sound like you received the codes for this deal.

      In the trade up app, unless it has changed. The website never allowed heaphones and i believe Samsung dont recommend the app anymore, although it still works.

    Just got the S23 for $338.2 as well.

    This order worked for me:
    - Add phone to cart
    - Add trade in item to cart ($1 from an old S9)
    - Apply 10% voucher
    - Apply $100 voucher
    - Apply $200 trade-in bonus voucher
    - Apply $50 newsletter voucher

    There was a weird occurence where after clickling place order I was brought back to the checkout screen with the price increased by $50 (and no order charge on my card). I had to go back to the cart, reapply the newsletter voucher, and complete the checkout process again then it fully went through.

    How tight are Asurion with return dates for traded device before they hit you with the processing fee?

    My s23 was delivered last Friday so I should send back the trade by this Friday as i understand it, but Im away and cant access the intended trade till next Monday which would be 10 days.

    I thought i saw something about them sending out reminder emails if you miss the 7 days return window?

      The last email I received before they charged the late return fee stated "As it has now been more than 14 days since you received your new Samsung Galaxy, we have charged you a late return fee to your nominated payment card."
      Therefore, I believe you have 14 days to return the device
