Excellent price on the 2TB variant of the WD SN740 M.2 2230 SSD that's suitable for use with the Steam Deck, ASUS ROG Ally, Surface Pro 9, X, Surface Laptop 3, 4, Go and Surface Book 3.

While it's the lowest US price ever the exchange rate is bad, so it's not the cheapest deal ever but still the best price currently available.

Since this is a Gen4 SSD you shouldn't use it with the Surface Pro 8 and Surface Pro 7+ due to stability issues. Both of these have no issues with Gen3 SSDs.

      You shouldn't, the Xbox Series consoles have a key on the SSD that it needs to check when the next update comes out.

      Microsoft have essentially killed user replaceable parts in the way Apple did.

    This drive should run a slightly cooler compared to Samsung 980 Pro.
