I think you guys should look at the total price… If postage was going to be $5 instead of $10 I reckon they would've just increase the price of the MP3 player by $5. They made the offer for us, and gave you the opportunity to buy it cheaply even though Zazz is sold out so why complain?!

This is online shop not eBay so why can't they do normal postage price like any other shops?
Because if for some reason you're going to return the item, you only get refunded $19.95 instead of $22.95 from zazz. The same applies with other IT stuff of theirs.

I think it's wrong to make money out of hiding the cost in delivery. This is just plain dodgy. Does the item automatically become heavier after adding the promotional code in?

I've bought from SS before so here is some genuine customer advice. Ozbargain has some ruthless consumer advocates so make your deals transparent, don't fuck around with obvious marketing ploys as it just puts people off. Goodwill, or the lack of it, goes a long way. Just look at Dell and CotD…

I was tempted, until I saw Sandisk was not going to release any more firmware updates for this player, as well as the issues below. Looks like it's EOL for the Sansa Express?

yeah…Ive also read a few bad reviews about this player, it only got rated 2.5/5 stars as the average review. apparently it has a lot of freezing issues. but i got one anyway, its only 35 bux and if it works it works.
