yes I do the same. Port out to Lebara and purchase this one will be port back next month
That's what I do. ~1 month on another network each year. Also gives a chance to assess a different network.

It looks like we do not have to port out if we are ok with 130GB.
That's my point. To my usage, I wouldn't bother the hassle for 10gb I'm almost certain not to use.
